CELEBRITY CENTRE PURPOSE

The exact purpose of Celebrity Centre is:

TO HELP LRH SELL AND DELIVER HIGH STANDARD DIANETICS AND SCIENTOLOGY SERVICES TO CELEBRITIES AND THUS CONVERT EARTH'S TOP STRATA OF BEINGS INTO SCIENTOLOGISTS.

"CELEBRITY" is defined by Base Order 7 US by LRH as:

"ANY PERSON IMPORTANT IN HIS FIELD OR AN OPINION LEADER OR HIS ENTOURAGE, BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, FAMILY OR FRIENDS WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE ARTS, SPORTS AND MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNMENT."

Both the above paragraphs in capitals must be regularly Chinese Schooled on all Celebrity Centre Staff.

This Purpose and Definition of Celebrity must be referred to by all terminals making any actions affecting Celebrity Centre from Flag or locally.

CELEBRITY CENTRE RECRUITMENT

In clearing Celebrity Centre personnel CSWs, Ext HCO Branch I should watch for the following points.

A. Because a CC has on lines celebrities and is very connected to artistic achievements, this attracts DBs with 1st Dynamic "creative goals". They should be spotted as such do not belong on CC staff.

B. Celebrities themselves who are active in their careers, are often found unworkable for Sea Org Staff since their careers conflict with regular Sea Org duty. In such cases they are encouraged to be Honorary Sea Org Members only per FO 3323 (unless they are giving up their career which is rare).
